Salary: £17,874.48 per annum

BTCV Employment Services is a leading provider of recruitment and employment focused training.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and focused individual to join our team based in Barrow-in-Furness. The role will involve case-managing customers in which you will be providing guidance and support to help people of all ages work towards gaining sustainable employment. Through assessments and reviews you will prepare and update individual action plans to identify employment goals and objectives as well as liaise with the Employability Tutors, Employment Brokers, Vocational Training Providers and Specialist Support Agency staff to ensure an appropriate support infrastructure is in place and assess the level of support and work focussed training that is required to meet customer needs.

The Ideal candidate will be passionate about helping their customers’ progress towards employment as well as be driven to hit set targets and KPI’s. Experience of working within the employment sector would be of advantage as well as knowledge of employability programmes and managing a caseload again would be desirable. You will be able to manage your work load effectively and have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. You will have good customer services skills and be able to use e-mail, Word, Excel and databases to a competent standard.

An NVQ Level Two in Admin would be advantageous.

A full UK Driving licence would be an advantage as this role could involve travelling to other offices and areas of cumbria.

37.5 hours per week
