Role Purpose

To serve the growing market we are recruiting for our office in Porto Alegre, Brasil.

Working as part of the global WindFarmer team, you will cover the following areas:

  • Provide technical support to our substantial customer base in Latin America
  • Develop new contacts and sales opportunities
  • Give presentations and training courses to new and existing clients
  • Collate customer feedback
  • Work on specifications towards the further development of the product

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, and our business, you will need to demonstrate the following qualification, professional expertise and personal attributes:

Technical / Professional Expertise

Essential:

  • A degree in relevant engineering or science field e.g. engineering, physics or atmospheric science.
  • Customer contact experience in a technical support or business development role.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English.


Advantageous;

  • Familiarity with the wind energy industry.
  • Experience with the planning process and environmental studies.

Competency Requirements

  • Willingness to travel within Latin America and once or twice a year to Europe.
