XZERES Wind is seeking career-oriented individuals who are searching for a ground floor opportunity in this rapidly growing renewable energy industry. The sales representative will be responsible for promoting and selling wind turbines to small rural businesses. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales person with a strong record of consistently exceeding sales quota. Preferred candidate will have experience in business-to-business selling, using a consultative sales approach with both dealers and end users.
Our target market is rural agricultural businesses, requiring occasional regular local and regional travel. The Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining the dealer network, including networking and sourcing dealers who will represent our wind turbine products.
Requirements for the position:
• 5+ years of experience of over-quota sales performance
• Ability to accurately forecast sales and maintain contact records in our CRM system
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic and a strong motivation to be a top performer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Related field
