The B9 Energy group of Companies develops and operates renewable energy projects and B9 Energy O&M is the UK and Ireland?s largest independent wind farm Operation and Maintenance Company. Due to newly acquired contracts in we wish to appoint additional blade repairers.
The principal duties are to clean, inspect and repair defects on wind turbine blades. Although the ideal candidates will come from a background of working with wind turbine blades and composite materials, preferably Vestas, on the job training will be given. These positions are designed to meet client requirements for flexible teams that can work at any of our clients wind farms.
For these positions a full driving licence is essential as is a good degree of physical fitness because the wind farms are in relatively remote locations and the candidates must be confident to work at height and occasionally in adverse weather conditions. The candidates must also be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft office and word.
