Position must be competent in all technical requirements and process functions of the position. Incumbent should be able to demonstrate and teach the basic skills to other technicians. Position will actively participate in root cause analysis and as experience is gained lead the team in QI applications. Responsible for their training schedules and to meet the training requirements of the position. Job may include other misc duties as assigned. Position may be filled at a lower level. Entry into this position requires successful completion of a post-job offer, pre-placement functional capacity evaluation which includes both a clinical assessment and an actual wind turbine climb test.
Qualifications
High School/GED required. 0-2 years relevant duties experience recommended. Valid Driver's License.
