Role Summary/Purpose: The Wind Site Manager will direct all wind farm operations for maintenance and repair, focusing on performance and profitability and within the framework of the operating plan at the Sunray location. In this role, you will develop strategy for improved maintenance diagnostic and operation to provide additional customer value and reduce cost of service. In this role, the Wind Site Manager - Sunray will:
Essential Responsibilities - Direct all Wind farm operations at site for maintenance and repair, focusing on performance and profitability and within the framework of the Op Plan
- Develop strategy for improved maintenance diagnostic and operation to provide additional customer value and reduce cost of service
- Direct the performance of Wind Field Operation within assigned contractual scope of responsibilities to customers
- Present a positive professional face of GE in community
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of 2 years of professional field experience in leadership role Or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 7 years of professional field experience in leadership role
