The Site Manager directs all Wind farm operations for maintenance and repair, performance and profitability within the framework of the operating plan at the Shephards Flat Wind Park, South Hurlbert Site. Overall responsibility will include the management of a $4.2MM in revenue, 106+ Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and a diverse group of employees. As North Hurlbert will be the first site commercial in the Shepherds Flat Project, the NH Site Manager will be act as a mentor other Site Managers.
