Leading international Wind technology project / engineering firm is expanding their operations in China. Looking for a solid technical manager to head and develop their technical team focused on Onshore and Offshore wind projects in China. Must be able to speak Mandarin.

Objectives:
- Manage the technical team in China, develop and coach them. Build the team to a full technical / project centre.
- Act as the key technical window for major wind projects including technical advisory / consulting and project management.
- Balance the mix of direct hands-on support of projects and top-level leadership, project pursuit and team management.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years experience in project management / technical leadership functions. Working knowledge of Mandarin (at least business level).
- At least 5 years experience in start-to-finish Wind power projects with at least 2 years experience handling China wind projects (onshore/offshore)
