Wind Project Developer, Beijing, China

My Client is an American developer of wind projects who has expanded into the global market and now operates over 1000MW in wind projects worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to join an already well established company with a solid foundation in which you will be able to develop your skills and grow organically within.

My client is looking for a wind project developer to oversee the efforts in China and offer exceptional opportunities for competent and capable individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Be extensively involved in the origination and feasibility studies of new wind projects
• Conduct market analysis to assess the best locations in which target and build
• Proactively source new business.
• Liaise with clients, finance teams and project managers to ensure that projects are being designed and built to specification
• Ensuring all documenting and monitoring of information within paperwork is correct.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2years experience in working on Wind projects in a technical and practical capacity
• Have a proven track record in conducting site feasibility studies and have experience in using GIS software.
• Be willing to travel around China frequently
• Capable of working independently and can be relied upon to work in a team effectively
• An ideal candidate will bring with them a transferable client base within the industry
• Must be eligible to work in China unrestricted
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
