Wind Farm O&M Manager

 Our client is an independent renewable energy company that provides wind energy services from pre-construction to operation and maintenance across more than 30 wind farms across Europe. Due to sustained growth they are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Wind Farm O & Manager to take full responsibility of managing a wind farm site of 9 wind turbines.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of producing AWPs, Methods Statements, Risk Assessments, Work Procedures, Management Instructions, COSHH, company policies within wind farm environment. It is also essential for the ideal candidate to be competent in Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Management Systems for wind farm as you will be required to produce, maintain and update these formal documents on regular basis.

As a part of this role you will also be responsible for managing the wind farm team of technicians and performing O & M works alongside other technicians on Work rota basis and covering on – call works outside normal working hours.  You will also be accountable for managing and communicating with the Client and coordinating subcontractors.
