IRC82955 - Wildlife Management Lead Adviser x 5 (Fixed Term Appointment)Closing date: 22 May 2014 Starting salary: £24,120 Location: Area Teams, for the locations listed below Working as part of a team, you will support the delivery of wildlife licensing casework, determining or advising on licence applications under a range of legislation including: Wildlife & Countryside Act (1981), Conservation of Habitats & Species Regulations (2010) and Protection of Badgers Act (1992). You will deliver technical advice as required to Natural England’s customers and partners in order to support Natural England’s statutory responsibilities. You will need to use good judgement to identify emerging problems in this sensitive area of work, and provide balanced and consistent guidance and recommendations to our customers on complex or contentious cases, liaising with Specialists, Senior Advisers, and others.
