Description

The purpose-built centre has unique facilities for seals. We treat and rehabilitate sick and injured British wildlife for return to the wild. This is a excellent opportunity to gain experience working with British wildlife in all aspects of rehabilitation work, including first aid, intensive care, fitness improvement, pre-release preparation and also post-release monitoring.

We are looking for someone with a flexible outlook to fit in with our hard working team. We work shifts (0800-1600hrs and 1400-2200hrs), including weekends, public and bank holidays. You need to have an animal care qualification (such as NVQ, VN), or a degree in a related subject, or have at least 2 years' experience of working in the wildlife sector.

The post will be offered subject to a Standard Disclosure provided by the Criminal Records Bureau.
