Description
The RSPCA is the largest animal welfare charity in England and Wales. Our purpose as the RSPCA is to end cruelty and promote kindness to animals and to alleviate their suffering.
 
The Role:
 
The aim of the centre is to treat and rehabilitate sick, injured and orphaned British wildlife for return to the wild.
 
We are looking for a confident, lively person to fit in with our hard working team.
 
We work shifts (covering 0800hrs to 2200hrs) including weekends, public and bank holidays.
 
The successful candidate will possess: 
 
  • An animal care qualification and have previous experience of identifying and handling wild animals and mammals.
  • You will need to be flexible and willing to work shifts and generally fit as seal care is physically very demanding.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Standard Disclosure provided by the Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS).
