The RSPCA is the largest animal welfare charity in England and Wales. Our purpose as the RSPCA is to end cruelty and promote kindness to animals and to alleviate their suffering.

We are looking for a wildlife assistant  jo join our hard working team.

The role:

The aim of the centre is to treat and rehabilitate sick, injured and orphaned British wildlife for return to the wild.

You will need:

  • GCSE in Science / English essential and qualifications such as NVQ, Diploma or a degree in a relevant related subject desirable.
  • Experience of working in the wildlife / domestic rehabilitation field.
  • A keen interest in wildlife and willingness to learn.
  • To be generally fit as some of the work can be physically very demanding.
  • To be flexible and willing to work evening and weekend shifts.
