Web Officer

Salary: £29,412 plus non-contributory pension

The World Development Movement is a leading UK campaigning organisation which wins positive change for the world's poorest people. Our cutting edge campaigns have global reach and include food speculation, the green economy and climate justice.

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative person with a solid background in web design to join our busy communications and fundraising team.

The position is responsible for all of WDM’s web content including thewww.wdm.org.uk website, email newsletter and presence on social networking sites. You will be required to maintain WDM’s content management system, and help develop new tools to promote the organisation’s campaigning work online. This role represents a unique opportunity to work creatively on a diverse range of projects. 

We need you to be an engaging communicator with skills in web design and development. If you have experience of managing a multi-purpose, dynamic website, preferably in a small to medium size organisation and can demonstrate a commitment to justice for the world’s poor then we would love to hear from you.

Closing date: 5pm on Thursday 14 June, interviews will be held on Thursday 21 June.
