Our website is a crucial tool for communicating the aims and activities of the Soil Association to the public and our members. Currently we are in an exciting phase of redevelopment, moving to the new CMS and visual look, and we are looking for a Web Editor to manage the site and push the redevelopment forward. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the site, as well as devising ongoing strategies to meet organisational objectives and audience needs. This exciting role will require you to have considerable experience of managing a major website, a good understanding of Internet technologies and processes, including XHTML and CSS and strong copy writing and editing skills. You should also have experience of using web content management systems and Fireworks/Photoshop.
