You are a qualified professional - University degree in Water and/or Environmental Engineering, with at least seven to eight (7/8) years of relevant experience in the Water and/or Environment sectors (water supply, sanitation, IWRM, flood protection, solid waste …) preferably gained working for consulting engineering firms. You hold a successful track record as Project Manager, ideally as Project Director on international projects where you have successfully supervised multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Your tasks will mainly cover:

Project execution :
• International projects management
• Project teams supervision, in particular the Project Team Leaders
• Developing positive relationship with Clients, project beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Business development:
• Contribution to the development strategy,
• Preparation of expression of interest and proposals,
• Relationships with Clients, partners and experts.

You will report to the International Department Manager.
Permanent full-time position based in Nantes, France. Several short-term missions abroad foreseen.
