Due to continued expansion this exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a specialist management resource services company operating within the environmental services industries.
The role will principally involve the provision of management support services for public and private sector clients.  This will include: developing waste strategies, recycling plans and service implementation plans; modelling costs and performance of collection and sorting options; design and introduction of collection schemes; cost and performance appraisals; reviewing health and safety procedures; and procuring/tendering for collection and recycling services contracts.  Your key responsibilities will include managing projects and client relations, producing technical reports and providing bespoke management solutions to a range of clients.
You should be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the environmental service industry, either through work experience or degree level qualification.  The ability to work as a proactive member of a small team is essential along with strong IT skills in MS Office applications and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  You must also demonstrate a significant degree of self motivation, be able to manage your own time and workloads whilst being able and willing to travel and work on projects throughout the UK.
This is an excellent chance to work on a wide range of exciting projects whilst gaining exposure to various other disciplines within the environmental sector.
