We require a dynamic and motivated person to head up the reserve management work at our land holdings on Wallasea Island (744ha) and Foulness (80ha). You will deliver habitat management objectives, species survey and monitoring. You will also supervise contractors and reserves maintenance tasks in accordance with the reserves management plans which you will be responsible for writing. We are looking for an individual with experience of working with and managing volunteers of all ages who is approachable and can help provide an excellent visitor experience.
