WALK-IN-INTERVIEW – 30 December 2010
The Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology is an autonomous research
organization fully funded by Ministry of Earth Sciences, New Delhi. It is proposed to
recruit one Temporary Junior Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) on contract basis for the
existing workshop initially for a period of 12-months on consolidated emoluments of `
21000/- per month and later extendable depending on performance.
ESSENTIAL : B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferably with a 1
st
Class and minimum
three years experience or M.E/M.Tech. with one year experience.
Experience in works related to workshop or industrial establishment involved in
designing, fabrication, supervision and HVAC related experience.
DESIRABLE : 1. Experience in Instrumentation fabrication, Computers and CAD software.
2. Fabrication works.
