VP Business Development (Solar) - New Delhi

A leader in the solar / renewables space, India is a key pivot of the global organization. Inline with moving and growing more functions within India, this is a critical global role. The role will develop, drive and be responsible for results on a full reaching business development / growth strategy for a portion of the business globally. If you are a global professional with a solid background in solar - pv business development this role is worth exploring further.

Responsibilities:
- The Global VP will be the key driver for formalizing a clear business development vision and direction and producing results on that vision within the global solar PV market.
- Beyond strategy, the Global VP will be hands-on working with sales and marketing teams and taking full ownership of delivery on results.
- Together with the direction and alignment with management, the Global VP will establish and develop proper business development channels and programs throughout the organization.

Core Requirements:
- The Global VP must have at least 5 years experience in a global function related to Sales / Business development within the Solar PV space.
- The role is open to all nationalities and backgrounds. Preference is given to local candidates who meet the requirements. However, only professionals already at a senior management level and with global solar experience will be considered for this role.
