Although there has been a reduction in poverty in Ghana, official statistics indicate that just under 40% of the population still live below the poverty line. World Partners for Development (WPD) is a global development organization dedicated to improving the lives of most disadvantaged people in Ghana.

Our volunteer abroad program provides an opportunity for volunteers to improve lives in poor communities. Volunteers also enhance their future global career prospects.
