Volunteer Receptionist

IMPORTANT:  This Advertiser has requested that applicants MUST be National Residents / Valid Work Permit-holders.  Other applicants need not apply.

 

Hours: One or more days per week on an ad hoc or permanent basis

Duties include:

• Reception duties (answering the phone, welcoming visitors etc)
• Assisting our supporter relations department with mailings, database administration, research, filing, and all tasks applicable to an administrative role in this department.

Applicants should have:

• Have a confident, polite telephone manner
• Excellent English and communication skills – written and oral
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Excel and Word; good internet skills.
• Self motivated, with caommitment to the aims and objectives of ADI.
• Vegetarian preferred.
