Volunteer Despatch Assistant

IMPORTANT:  This Advertiser has requested that applicants MUST be National Residents / Valid Work Permit-holders.  Other applicants need not apply.

 

Hours: One or more days per week for period November-December

Duties include:

• Packing merchandise orders
• Taking packages to post box/office as required
• Completing spreadsheet of orders sent
• Monitoring stock levels

Applicants should have:

• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent English and communication skills – written and oral.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Excel and Word.
• Self motivated, with commitment to the aims and objectives of ADI.
• Vegetarian preferred.
