This project is looking for a volunteer camp manager for an on-going long-term study of Kinda baboons from August, 2013 to August, 2014. Primary responsibilities include being in charge of monitoring one troop of Kinda baboons, collecting behavioural data, collecting and processing faecal samples for hormones, daily data entry and weekly communication when the project director is not on-site. This position is ideal for a person looking to learn animal behaviour and field laboratory techniques, or wanting to gain work experience.
The volunteer camp manager receives free board and lodging plus reimbursement of airfare upon successful completion of contract.
