The Clinton Climate Initiative is offering a volunteer opportunity in its London office, with approximately 10 members of staff in total. The volunteer will work as the assistant to the City Director and as the office manager, providing support for the Cities and Clean Energy teams, and working closely with the Communications team.

Responsibilities:
Work with the London City Director on coordinating meetings with high level stakeholders across the private and public sectors in London, US and abroad
Manage running of the office; office supplies & equipment, and supervise office expenses
Manage induction process for new joiners and work with select Universities to develop an Internship programme
Work with the Communications team on research, website and intranet content, company and programme overview documents, speaking opportunities, email correspondence, and coordination with CCI’s Development team
Responsible for creating weekly update for entire organisation on relevant news/articles
Coordinate and facilitate meetings
Provide administrative support to programme teams, as needed
