Ranger (Landscape Maintenance)

Nene Park is widely recognised as one of the best country parks in England with a diverse range of landscapes and recreational facilities. This role will form part of our wider team of Rangers who are responsible for managing and maintaining this wonderful resource for the people of Peterborough and the region. 

Strong practical skills will be fundamental to the role, with experience of using a range of hand and power tools, machinery and equipment for maintaining a variety of landscapes, infrastructure and facilities throughout the Park.

The successful candidate will also be part of a Duty Ranger rota and often be the first port of call for many of our visitors. Therefore, they will need to be reactive, responding to a variety of situations, and confident communicating with diverse groups of people.
