The Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) seeks a senior-level professional to provide operations leadership across the organization. SEEA is a growing organization working to deliver upon its mission of creating energy efficiency market transformation across 11 states in the region, while also cementing an internal organizational structure for continued, long-term sustainable growth. This person will help SEEA develop appropriate organizational systems, while also providing support on a range of mission critical initiatives, like internal office leadership, vendor contracting, financial quality control, human resource management, leadership team development and fundraising.
