Vegetation Management Team Leader - Gold Coast

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Vegetation Management team. If you have strong skills in Vegetation Project Management and want to contribute to better management of Australia’s ecosystems, you’ll fit right in. You will participate in a wide range of projects within a supportive team environment with great opportunities for learning and development. You will have an eye for new business opportunities and be capable of managing people and projects.

Selection criteria

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A willingness to have fun while contributing to the environment, the community and our business
• Qualifications in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent.
• Substantial previous industry experience in Vegetation Project Management including building positive client relationships, project budgeting and delivery.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Productivity and teamwork skills including project, people and time management, responsiveness and adaptability.
• A commitment to safety and safe work practices, and a willingness to promote Ecosure’s safety culture
• Manual drivers licence.

The following skills and attributes would be highly regarded:

• Previous experience in a consulting environment.
