My client is a leading manufacturer of Wind turbines in Spain. Due to increased demand across Europe and Spain in the wind sector my client is expanding its sales team in order to keep up with customer demand and react to the market changes.

Responsibilities
- · This position will involve travelling within the Spanish region in order to attract new business for the Wind Turbine manufactures
- · Utilisation of expertise in the Wind Turbines in order to explain the technical side of the Wind Turbines
- · You will be required to developed relationships with new clients, negotiate and carry through the business process including pricing and terms and conditions
- · Train the customers on the product in order for them to best promote and utilize the Wind Turbines
- · Close deals with clients within the framework of the companies requirements while ensuring the happiness of the client
- · Perform to the highest standard in order to encourage brand awareness and quality awareness for the company
- · Lead a team of turbine sales consultants within the Spanish market and encourage a develop their sales through training and implementation of sales techniques
- · Work with company directors in order to best promote the product for the company
Education
A relevant degree in either engineering or business management
Core Requirements:-
- · At least 10+ years’ post-degree experience in the sales role
- · Experience working in the renewable energy market with a particular focus on wind turbines
- · Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
- · Speak and write Spanish to native level: advanced spoken and written English
- · Able and willing to live and work in Spain
- · Experience leading and training a sales team
