Salary: £39,251-£44,873 per annum depending on experience.

For the last 7 years the Energy Saving Trust has worked with the Department for Transport to help businesses reduce both carbon emissions and cost from their fleets. With difficult economic conditions and the exponential growth of electric vehicles, the need for our services has never been higher. This new role will lead our popular face to face consultancy team, as it looks to develop new offerings and increase its capacity to deliver more into the expanding marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to use their excellent people management, business planning and service development skills whilst monitoring and reporting progress against our activity targets.

A keen eye for detail and a proven ability to get the best out of your team is essential in this fast-paced environment. Building effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and applying well-refined communication and influencing skills will also be key to your success as will your ability to draw on either your consultancy experience or fleet management knowledge.
