CSG is seeking a self-motivated, goal-oriented person to manage Training and Quality Assurance activities in the Southeast. Qualified candidates will have excellent project coordination and communication skills and familiarity building science and energy efficiency. CSG’s Southeast office is responsible for administering the TVA Energy Right Solutions Programs.

Responsibilities: |
- Manage a staff of 3-4 Technical Field Representatives
- Oversee every aspect of Training and Curriculum Development in the Southeast, tracking and reporting on all training activity.
- Coordinate the Field Quality Assurance Program, reporting results directly to management
- Monitor daily Technical Support needs and identify future training opportunities
- Perform duties as Southeast Representative to CSG’s Safety Committee.
- Analyze and track performance data and report on program performance
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers, contractors, clients, vendors, partners and co-workers

Qualifications: |
- Demonstrated experience managing others
- Experience Training or Managing Training Programs
- Experience in the construction, energy efficiency, or utility industries are preferred.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Superior organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented; demonstrated success working effectively independently and in a team setting.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Compensation package includes paid holidays, 80% paid medical, 50% paid dental, paid life & AD&D and paid STD & LTD insurance coverage, plus employer matching retirement plan
