Training Assessor

Job title - Training Assessor. based in Whitehaven, Cumbria

Salary: £19,418.76 - £28,855.26 per annum, dependant on experience and qualifications

BTCV Enterprises is a leading provider of recruitment and employment focussed training.

We are currently looking for a Training Assessor to join our team in Cumbria. The role will involve managing a group of individuals and providing them with relevant training and work experience as part of either a volunteer or employment programme experience. You will be able to assess and instruct learners in relevant topics in accordance with their abilities and to the content, level and quality needed to meet the standards of the qualification.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a diverse range of customers with a range of different needs and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will be able to deliver field and classroom-based training and prioritise and achieve results within an agreed timescale. Experience of delivering training and completing risk assessments is desirable and an A1 assessor Qualification is essential.

Driving licence is essential as this role involves travelling to other offices and areas of cumbria

37.5 hours per week
