Description

I am currently seeking a large number of Trainee Farm Managers to assist with overseeing 5000 hectare blocks of oil palms, cereal crops and sugarcane in Ethiopia, one of Africa’s fastest growing economies with Agriculture being the mainstay of the economy.

Successful candidates will have a BSc in Agriculture or Horticulture with 1-2 years farm management experience.  Trainees will be placed on a two training programme and will be absorbed into Assistant Farm Manager positions on successful completion of the programme.
