Traffic Manager

The Traffic Manager acts as the liaison between the Revenue and Rewards and Marketing teams, routing jobs to all members of team through each stage of development, until the job is "clean" and ready for the next stage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Develop a process for submitting requests for marketing deliverables including web pages, ad units, digital education modules, and print production
• Prepare daily status reports and lead status meetings with multiple teams to review due dates
• Follow-up with team members on due dates to ensure deadlines are met
• Perform multiple tasks on strong deadlines in a graceful and organized fashion
• Maintain digital folder archives

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years print traffic experience in an advertising agency
• Strong management experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Display an interest and enthusiasm for the position, company, and industry
