We provide a bespoke professional service to clients so that they can make the right decisions and achieve the best outcomes, and we do this by leveraging our experience and breadth of skills alongside our insights, commitment, and ethical approach.

Our current work portfolio includes Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and other support for HS2, Transport for the North, Transport for London, iconic property developments and large urban regeneration schemes. We currently provide expert advice to governments, agencies, companies and major infrastructure projects to help them reduce air pollutant and GHG emissions and adapt to the impacts of unavoidable future climate change. We carry out a wide range of bespoke planning, technical and environmental assessments projects – everything from air quality monitoring, climate change policy analysis, through to expert witness support and Health Impact Assessment. We also provide technical support to clients in the private and public sectors, at local and national levels and in the UK and overseas.

As we embark on the next stage of our phenomenal success story, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Town Planners to join us on this journey and in particular, help deliver major housing, mixed use, infrastructure and regeneration schemes. ?

We work on a range of commissions from setting planning and environmental strategies for high profile, cross boundary planning applications and acting as planning lead for large scale regeneration schemes where there are complex multi-disciplined issues to overcome. In your role, you would principally work on TCPA projects but experience also of DCO/ TWAO schemes would be an advantage. You will be responsible for managing projects with guidance from a senior member of the team, where required; liaising with clients, local authorities, consultants and key stakeholders to proactively move projects forward; developing strong professional networking relationships with those in the property and planning industry to identify opportunities for business development; work collaboratively in teams to support bids and tenders; and writing and submitting planning applications.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
