Description

EIA is looking for highly motivated and reliable volunteers to participate in Tiger Tracks, a three-week event taking place at St Pancras International Station in London this March.

Tiger Tracks, the world’s biggest tiger event, aims to raise public awareness about the plight of the wild tiger, with many tiger-themed activities, promotions and entertainments taking place from March 1-21, 2013.

Tiger India

As a volunteer, you will be crucial in encouraging public participation and will be positioned at key points in the station in order to talk to members of the public about tiger issues (full briefing notes will be provided in advance of the event).

Volunteering will take place in two shifts each day – from 7am-1pm & 1-7pm weekdays and 9am-2pm & 2pm-7pm weekends. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed with valid receipts.

This opportunity offers volunteers a fantastic chance to gain experience of working at a major philanthropic event and raising money for an essential cause.

As a volunteer, you will be absolutely essential to the successful operation of this landmark event. A positive attitude, friendly manner and the ability to digest information and disseminate it in an articulate way are essential.

If you would like to be involved or want any further information, please contact Ben Stallworthy on benstallworthy@eia-international.org or 020 7354 7968.
