The Texas Freshwater Intern provides technical assistance to Conservancy staff on a variety of Freshwater projects related to Texas aquifers and rivers. The position will initially work on a project evaluating various aspects of Texas aquifer science, management and policy. It will support the project through information gathering and research, maintaining databases in MS Excel and Access, some data analysis, and possibly some GIS analysis and production of maps and other graphic products and reports. The position will also likely have opportunity to assist in other freshwater projects, possibly including some field work.
