Job title - Temporary Work Programme Manager. based in North East

Salary: £22,961.63 - £26,375.69 per annum

BTCV Enterprises is a leading provider of recruitment and employment focussed training.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced performance Manager for the Work Programme in the North East. Experience in setting targets and performance management is essential.

Duties for this role will include:

1. To provide line management support for Work Co-ordinators (WC), Employability Tutors (ET), Adult Guidance Advisers (AGA) and Post Participation Coordinators (PPC) plus ensure all activities are carried out in line with contract requirements and the companies quality policy, procedures and systems.

2. To manage the outreach service for customers, Work Focussed Interviews (WFIs) attendance management and fail to attend issues.

3. To establish effective working relationships with local Jobcentre Plus Personal Advisers (PAs), specialist support agencies and partners/providers involved in the various elements of provision.

4. To engage directly with customers, as required, to provide advice, guidance and support and to work closely with JCP PAs to provide a cohesive approach to customer referrals and support.

5. To liaise with all parties involved in the agreement too and delivery of the customers Individual Action Plan (IAP) to ensure appropriate referrals and facilitate weekly case conferences with EA/ET to review and agree customers’ progress.

6. To assist staff to identify appropriate provision for customers.

7. To monitor Work Focused Interviews and work focused activities to secure customer satisfaction and progression.

8 Responsible for Human Resources planning, including recruitment, induction, support, supervision, and review, helping to develop staff to ensure goals are achieved and the investors in people status is maintained. Deal with disciplinary, grievance and redundancy matter following BTCV’s procedures.

The position is for 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave.

A full UK driving licence is essential
