6 month fixed term contract / 37.5 hours per week

The Active Supporter Network is made up of more than 1,000 volunteers, actively involved in more than 60 campaign networks, distributed throughout the UK. The Network of volunteers is involved in delivering our campaign and outreach programme, primarily through public communication and engagement activities, political and corporate lobbying, fundraising, organising and attending public events and participating in protests and direct actions.

This role consists of two main aspects: firstly, developing and supporting our Key Activists and the wider Active Supporter Network in your region; secondly, helping to support the delivery of campaign and outreach projects through the Network.

We’re looking for someone with significant experience of volunteering with the Greenpeace Active Supporter Network, working with volunteers and delivering campaigns. You will be an extremely effective communicator, have excellent inter-personal skills, a preference for team working and be able to maintain strong, trusting relationships. You will have a good knowledge of digital media, a deep interest in our work and a willingness to work unsociable hours.
