We have an exciting opportunity within the ESTac team in Wales. You will provide phone information and advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy, to help consumers adapt their household to achieve a low carbon lifestyle. This may on occasions involve attending public events to offer advice and information.  You will record interactions and meet call quality targets.

Your solid experience of working within a call centre environment and delivering customer service to a high standard will prepare you well for this position.  Your team player and enthusiastic attitude will ensure your success in reaching time-bound targets.
