Tetra Tech International Development is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for various Technical Specialist positions on an anticipated five-year USAID-funded Climate Smart Initiatives activity in Kosovo.
The activity aims to create a resilient environment and more economic sustainability through increased awareness of and demand for climate solutions, and policies that support climate change mitigation and adaptation, with a focus on behavior change, raise awareness, and influence government, citizens, and the private sector to take action to mitigate climate change and adapt to its impact.
These potential full-time positions will be based in Kosovo for the full life of project (anticipated five years). For all positions, working knowledge of English, experience working in and managing multi-disciplinary teams, frequent travel to field sites, knowledge of MS Office applications, and commitment to gender equity and social inclusion are required.

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree (or bachelor’s with 7+ years of relevant experience) in a field relevant to the position of interest (i.e. public policy, communications, economics, climate sciences, natural resource management, international development.);
* At least seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Kosovo;
* Experience on USAID or other donor-funded projects preferred but not required;
* Proven track record of collaborating with a diverse array of stakeholders (including governments, the private sector, local organizations), and integrating social inclusion with women, youth, and other vulnerable populations;
* Professional fluency in English required; and
