This exciting opportunity has recently arisen with our client, an environmental consultancy that provides advice to the public and private sectors. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the department and others within the company. You will hold responsibility for specific project performance and control including research and development work and, where appropriate, project procurement. As a key member of the company you will be expected to play a proactive role in performance, management and development of new business. You will also hold line management responsibilities, including the completion of annual appraisals, providing training and salary reviews. An MSc in a relevant subject area is required along with approximately 6-7 years previous experience in a similar role. A Chartered Geologist, you will possess high standards of written work as well as good administrative and organisational skills.
