The Pembina Institute is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Alberta team as a Technical and Policy Analyst to undertake research and develop and advocate for solutions to accelerate Alberta’s transition to a clean energy economy. We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful person with minimum of three years of relevant technical experience, strong analytical skills, relevant energy and environment experience, a solid work ethic and a persistent drive to succeed. The incumbent would support the Institute’s research and policy advocacy related to renewable energy, energy efficiency and clean technology. The candidate should have proven project management experience and the ability to thrive with limited supervision. This full time (40 hours a week) position may require travel and overtime. While this job posting is aimed at individuals who have between three and eight years of relevant experience we are also interested in hearing from applicants who fall outside this range.
