Team Leader (Evaluation Expert of Fisheries and EDF Projects)

Mid Term evaluation of the Regional Tuna Tagging Project in COMORES, MADAGASCAR, MAURITIUS, REUNION, SEYCHELLES

45 working days contract

Qualifications
A post graduate degree in an agronomy-related subject, preferably fisheries or equivalent qualification.

Specific Experience
- Excellent skills and experience on all levels with regard to the 9th European Development Fund (EDF) procedures.
- At least 3 years working experience in EDF project management, implementation and co-ordination, including budgeting and financial control.
- At least 15 years proven professional work experience in programme management and well versed in project evaluation and techniques
- Understanding of the social and economic situation of the Indian Ocean Region.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills
- At least five years experience working in the IOC region
