Team Leader – Rural Development / Project Cycle Management Specialist

Master degree with a minimum of 15 years practical experience in similar assignments at international and national levels. The areas of expertise should include:

a. Rural Development and poverty reduction
b. Project Cycle Management and coordination
c. Design or implementation of donor funded development projects
d. Delivery mechanisms of social and environmental infrastructure

The Team Leader is responsible for the coordination of the team members and for the accomplishment of consultancy activities and outputs.
