Job title: Team Assistant Reporting to: Head of Program Location: Sydney Closing date: midnight 20 Jan 2015 About the role: This casual role is based within the Program Department of Greenpeace Australia Pacific. The Team Assistant will provide administrative, organisational and operational support to the Head of Program and the program team. He/she will ensure the smooth running of the Program Department’s operations and support the Head of Program in promoting knowledge-sharing within Greenpeace. They will organise meetings and manage travel, as well as develop and maintain key contacts with partners. It is an administrative support role that requires the utmost in organisational abilities. Managing timelines and the schedule of the Head of Program will be the primary focus.
