Sharing the role of Team Administrator across Design Management and Brand Communications, you'll make sure that their administrative systems run smoothly and efficiently, with particularly responsibility for the management and delivery of the finance and contract systems.
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Salary: c£17,431 pa pro rata
Contract: Permanent job share: Wed-Fri, 18-21 hours pw.

You'll have good administration experience, including budget monitoring. With excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills, you'll be a well-organised team player able to work to tight deadlines and flexible in the face of changing priorities. Advanced knowledge of Word; Excel; E-mail, PowerPoint and experience of using the Internet and Intranet are essential.
