Your responsibilities: The Technical Customer Service Intern will assist our European technical customer services team by establishing procedures and processes to support the handling and tracking of customer claims. You enjoy dealing with customers across Europe as well as internal colleagues in China. You will provide analytical reports and prepare technical training materials as part of this varied internship.
Who we are looking for: Technically minded, you can work independently, are analytical and well-organised. You like working in an international environment. Excellent English and German skills both written and spoken are essential. You have a great interest in Renewable Energies and are interested in working for at least 3 months at Suntech. Some initial work experience would round off your profile.
