Sustainable Finance & Banking Manager

Use your finance sector experience to help WWF-Australia create a world in which humans live in harmony with nature

• Location negotiable in selected WWF Australia or Asian offices

WWF-Australia, the global conservation organisation, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate sustainable finance expert to support our banking and finance partners in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region. A unique blend of skills and perspectives linking sustainable banking and environmental outcomes is required along with the ability to work collaboratively with our banking partners to substantially increase environmentally favourable financial decision making. The position is part of WWF’s global approach to private sector finance and works closely with the global team.

High level experience in environmental sustainability with a focus on the banking and finance sector, knowledge of Australia’s business relationships with Asia and key Asian markets and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders in both multi-national corporations and non government organisations are essential. Excellent project management, business planning and delivery are also essential.
